(the “Company”) (TSXV: BRC) is pleased to announce that is has increased its non-brokered private placement previously announced on February 2, 2018 (the “Private Placement”) from up to 8,000,000 units to up to 13,000,000 units (the “Units”) for gross proceeds of up to $ 1,300,000. Assuming the Private Placement is fully subscribed, the Company plans to allocate the gross proceeds of the Private Placement as to: (i) mineral exploration work and option payment ($800,000) on the Silver Cloud Project (if and when the Company receives final acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”) for the property transaction) and (ii) general working capital ($500,000). If the Private Placement is not fully subscribed and the Company does not receive final acceptance from the Exchange for the property transaction, all proceeds from the Private Placement will be allocated to general working capital. All other terms and conditions of the Private Placement, as previously announced, will remain the same. The Private Placement is subject to the approval of the Exchange.
