Blackrock Announces Increase Of Private Placement To C$7.0 Million

Vancouver, British Columbia – (October 25, 2021).  Blackrock Silver Corp. (TSXV: BRC) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, due to demand from potential investors, its nonbrokered private placement announced on October 20, 2021 has been increased by C$1,000,000 (or 1,250,000 units) to 8,750,000 units (the “Units”) at a price of C$0.80 per Unit for gross proceeds of C$7,000,000 (the “Offering”) and is fully subscribed. Each Unit is comprised of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant.  Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share in the capital of the Company at a price of C$1.20 per share for a period of two years from the date the Units are issued.

The terms of the Offering and the Units, the proposed use of proceeds, possible finders’ fees, and some anticipated insider placees are otherwise as previously disclosed.

The Offering is now scheduled to close on or about November 3, 2021, and is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
